It's actually pretty easy with a dremel.. I did my SAW and my X7 in 5 minutes each.. Smooth as a whistle now.

Im going to try that brillo method that tacsnipa posted since mine arnt polished , i have a dremel but im not taking a chance of @#$^@# my internals up

Thats the trouble with deremel's one wrong move and it screws everything up. Glad to see you found this usefull.

If you apply too much pressure or polish the oppostite direction of the bolt you are screwed. Also some people have used the wrong head on the dremel make sure you use the polishing head.

Just be careful not to polish too much. You want to remove the over spray and smooth out the chamber. That is all.

I did it! Thanks for all the advise. I used the Brillo method. On my X7 I might try the Dremel:boobs:
