After taking Fets advise on contacting Tippmann, they sent me 2 ratchets for my cyclone on the A5. they are not the upgrade parts that everyone is upgradong to but its the thought that counts.

That's cool. At least the gave you one to cover the one you had to buy at the field, and gave you a spare as well. They must be having a lot of problems with those if they are willing to send out not only a replacement but a spare as well.

Yeah, that is kind of sad that they are just sending 2 because they know what will happen.

At the same time, you can't fault their service. They didn't make you send back the broken one or anything, just sent two out. That is what I always heard was good about Tippmann.
