Q-Loader System (A5, SP8,ION, 98c)
This is a cool "hopper"/"loading" system made for Tippmann and Smartparts markers. It is a spring loaded system that can have very fast feed rates with no batteries or need for air preasure. :boobs:
Basically, to be able to carry 500 rounds, you could spend $130, which gets you the feeder system w/mount, a pod reloader, and 5 pods(which hold 100 rounds each). Normally the pod/hopper mounts underneath or on the side of your marker, cutting your profile a bit. Just check it out! www.qloader.com Hopefully, not everyone has already heard of this and im not way behind on new tech.

I am not sure but RodentX may still have his Q-loader that he was willing to sell (if you are looking for one). Thanks for the post though, keep 'em coming. |

I would be willing to sell my QLoader system as well. I originally bought it for my RAP4 T68 a year ago, but the QLoader was just too fast for the slow firing marker T68.

Will that Qloader, (That anyone has for sale), fit on my A5 after the cyclone is removed?
Does anyone have pics and specs of the entire system they have? I am interested in it if I could try it out first. Thanks Guys.

I also read that order to modify your A5 to be "QLoader ready" you have to make an irreversible change to the right side reciever half. Which is bad news if you want to take it off you have to buy a new $50 right side receiver for your gun.
Here is where I found that. Qloader Tippmann A5 Mod Is there any other way to do it?

The Q Loader can go on most markers, but, like you've discovered, you either have to mod the marker, or purchase a mounting bracket specific for your marker.
Personally, I like the idea of the Q-Loader, but only 100 rounds per pod, and the effort it takes to fill the pods makes it kind of a pain in the rear for me. Also, some guys at Battlefront over the Winter discovered that the Q Pods were breaking their paint in the pod because of the pressure placed on the balls from the springs in there, so it's a mod you can only use for 8 months of the year at best. That's something else to consider as well. |

Yeah, I wondered that. That would also be a pain to clean those pods as well. Thanks for the tip. Maybe I will just stick with a good ole hopper.

Anyways, with the mod in the cyclone on your A-5, you shouldn't have a problem with that hopper keeping up with your rate of fire...even with an e-grip if you have one. It's a pretty handy hopper too, no batteries, easy to access for cleaning, and low profile. There are a few different kinds of hopper covers you can add on top in place of the stock cover to give it a different look also. Ricochet sells a cover called the R5 which will give it a different look, and the Tippmann X7 hoppers are compatible with the A-5 cyclone for a lower profile. MilSim Products (Ghostman) can get you prices on either if you are interested in changing the aesthetics of the hopper from the stock one. Keep in mind though, just because the Cyclone is stock on the A-5, doesn't mean it's bad. In fact, that, and all of the mods available for it, are no doubt what has made the A-5 one of the most popular markers on the market today. |

Another hopper to consider is the X-7 hopper it lowers profile while keeping the same amount of ammo.

GM, Im going to shoot you a pm about that Qloader. My cyclone is already broken and the 2 bolts that hold it on the side snapped off, so a new Cyclone feed wont be steady on my gun

Q loader
My gun uses a rail loader and i was thinking about buying a q loader if any of you have experience with it tell me more. My rail only holds 30 round so 100 would be a nice improvement but i've heard they burn a lot of no2. Not that i use a lot sniping but if i run dry i would be quite mad.
TNX. Here is a link to what i would have with ithe q loader leave me your opinions.Special Ops Paintball :: Paintball Products

The Q-loader is spring driven. It doesn't connect to your air source.
