Well, it looks as though the skull is looking down...maybe too much. Other than the perspective of the eyes and skull, I like it.

Spooky, do you have software to turn a rasterized image into a vector based image?

If you mean Adobe Illustrator then yes. I have the entire Adobe CS7 that I use for college.

No. I am referring to software that actually converts it. If you place a rasterized image in Illustrator, it is still a rasterized image. To verify this, simply stick a jpg image in a AI file, output it. then open it up in Photoshop. If it allows you to open the image in any resolution, then you have a "real" vector image, if it gets pixilated, then you have a rasterized image. The reason I say this, is because Adobe Illustrator might have changed this, but the last version I owned, it didn't.

Yes, I was going to suggest that, it looks like the skull is looking too far down with his line of sight in the first one anyways.

Guys guys... I just grabbed that skull and crossbones at random. It's just there to give an idea of what the image should look like.. I can alter the image but it's far from what I have in mind. Let me do some more work on it tonight and tomorrow i'll post some more soon.

Ghostman- I know what you mean as far as the rasterize and vector. I am still new at illustrator so that's why i'm struggling.. I've been reading the book though and doing what I can. I am however able to do it in photoshop, but there lies the problem as it's a rasterized image, and i'm not quite sure how to convert it, but if it's possible I will figure it out.
