I figured I'd look into the new logo idea, and Jax and I were talking yesterday about ideas and possible solutions. Here's a sample of what I came up with, and yes that's the gears of war skull heavily modified if anyone recognizes it. This took me about 15 mins to make so if you guys like it I'll work on it a lot more in depth. Also, I can make name plates just like this with the Digicamo fill. Let me know, thanks.



Again it's a sample, no background even made yet unless you guys just want a plain tanish color for the back.

Our traditional font has been "Crackhouse" you shouldn't have any trouble finding it online for free.

I like the one you did but I want something smaller. Check out the logo for MagPul and you'll see where my inspiration comes from.

So something like the logo on the main page, but vectored and without the chain and using Crackhouse for the N.E.O.S.M.U.T.

Alrighty, also... do you guys own the rights to that skull and crossbones? I was trying to find a vector of it... or would you like me to just find any skull and bones and use that?

Aw, well it might be a few days or so. I have a friend I commissioned to make us an original skull and crossbones. This will be a unique to NEOSMUT piece, which works for me! I will then have to move it into Illustrator and finish the image. The stencil itself is already complete I just need the skull.

Sounds perfect, take your time. We have traditionally used a slightly less serious skull/crossbone. Not cartoon-ish but not all death and darkness. Not sure if you picked up on that... it doesn't matter looking forward to what you come up with.

Did you look at the MagPul logo? It is so simple but probably one of my favorite company logos.

Alright Fets, been playing around all night with this. I will do what ya want with the ring, just an idea as a layout. I think this looks really cool though. For an arm patch I'd gladly sport this puppy.
