to Helmet or Not To Helmet... That is the question

I was wondering how some of you felt about wearing a Helmet during play. I know Ghostman and myself kinda like the Helmets depending on the scenarios. The one I purchased (the Delta Helmet - Blk, from Ghostman) Has good ventalation and fits well. It also has mounting holes for strap on Optics.

So this is a poll.. To helmet or not .. Select your vote and tell me why you think they would or would not be a good team uniform addition.

Personally I cant even stand wearing my mask because of the bulkiness and limited vision. I would imagine wearing a helmet would just get in my way.

I voted no, but not because it would make my head look bigger, but rather, because it would actually be bigger!

The last thing I need to do is create a larger target for myself :-)

Besides... I've been hit in the head with a flying golf ball, so after that, a few paintballs here and there aren't really all that bad.

Voted no. I sweat enough as it is from the neck up, don't need the added help.

Sorry, I had to vote NO as well. I too sweat way to much to add an additional factor.

I sweat like a stock pig to begin with.
While the optics mount might be nice, I don't see myself playing in any night ops games in the near future, or shelling out 3Gs for NV Gen 3.

Gonna have to vote no on this one.

I like the look of the Delta style helmet without a mask more so than with. As for practicality goes, I would only want to use a helmet if the scenario warrants it. For instance, extreme CQB scenarios, night games, and gunner in a tank. Otherwise, it may be overkill for woodsball and too much heat; however, I am still open to the idea.

That is just my initial thoughts on the idea.
