Hmm... Your sentences really don't really add up. So, no comment.:mask:

It is frustrating to see Hollywood butcher various things. They make cops look stupid, they portray military units making poor tactical decision and maneuvers, they also make people who have never shot a gun in their lives become marksmen over a two-minute period.

For me to watch some action television shows and movies it can be very frustrating. Like the guys that pump a shotgun multiple times before actually firing the firearm. You know, they show a scene where the group is getting ready to head out...they all **** and load their weapons...then they meet opposition and again they **** and load their weapons. LOL At that point, a live round would be ejected from the gun... Or the gun that never runs out of bullets. You know those movies, where some one over powers their captor and picks up the weapon. Then the hero goes around blasting their way through all the bad guys without any worry in the world of running out of ammo. As they kill bad guys, they never retrieve more ammo and just keep moving. I always have to remind myself that movies in general have to be taken with a grain-of-salt; otherwise, we would seldom ever enjoy any movies.

i go old school game genie for the NES it has to be shoved into the system and the game has to be shoved into it then you have to take it out a few times blow on it and blow in the system and then it will go to the code entering screen the it will freeze then you start it up again and enter in your codes then the game starts... freezes so you do it all again and you play.... thats old school!

I see your point, but they have to, otherwise it might not be as interesting... Ah well...

I do not completely agree with you. The director is ultimately in charge of what action will take place, and he or she could easily replace the action of cocking a gun with something else.

Also, have you ever seen in a movie where the hero or villain goes to take the killing shot but the gun is empty. Usually the pistols' slide is in the forward position; whereas in reality, most pistols slide are in the open position so that you can slam more ammo in. I just feel that most directors think most audience watchers are ignorant to these things so they take the easy and lame way out--basically they cheapen it. But based on gun-owner statistics, there are a lot of gun owners who could potentially see through this garbage.

I hate it when the action stars throw the guns away when they are empty. The sound effect when they hit the cement...ouch...
