like in the title the ion is a great marker. at first i thought the ion was just junk but then my buddy got one, i was amazed at the rate of fire of this $200 marker. but thats not the only part i liked about it it was really smooth and very consistant. i liked this marker so much i bought one. i didnt need one upgrade before i got out on to the feild with it.

so to sum it up the ion is a bad ass marker for a great price

I use a longbow conversion on mine but other than that mine is stock and the only problem I've ever had is a little air leaking but nothing bad. I agree with redneckA5 the ion is a great gun.

well let me go ahead and agree! I shot 2 (05) ions and swear buy them. i have had both over 2 years. One has upgraded board other almost stock. What can you say? While it might not be an angel it will sure make the guy with an angel mad that he paid x amount of dollars for his gun if you own him.

Stock for under 200 dollars as low as 160 you get an electric pneumatic gun, laser eyes, 2 stage trigger, and 4 firing modes i believe. Semi, rebound, 3 round burst, full auto. 10 - 30 bps depending on hopper. Along with one of the most upgradeable guns out. You can go go with the speed-ball look any color, milled bodies any color or shape, mislim such as tactical bodies or longbow. Bolt out the back bodies for quick strip/lube. And so many other parts because of this gun's popularity regulators, regulator covers, triggers, boards, full spectrum eyes any color. I could just keep going but i won't.

My suggestion to all. Buy an ion/sp8 and you can never go wrong unless you want to spend some serious doe.

I agree. In the Electro-pneumatic markers world, the ion is pretty much like the 98. Durable, reliable, and overall a throw-in-the-shit kinda marker. There are plenty of upgrades for the ion too from boards, to totally remaking the marker like the longbow (which is kick ass by the way). Two thumbs up for the ion. After I bought my Ion, 3 other guys on my speedball team bought one and all are satisfied by the performance of the Ion.
