I have often thought of getting involve in that. I always wondered if I had the willpower to stop beating someone once they yielded. How much does some of that gear cost? It looks expensive...maybe too expensive. My personality is that when I do something, I do it all the way or not do it at all.
Where do you go for this? I know they have an outfit in Pittsburgh.

Most people build there own armor, with the help of armorers. The armor I'm currently building, not including the helmet, will cost me about $200, about $300 if you include helmet cost. It sounds expensive, yes, but it's not a reaccuring cost. A good set of armor will last years with only minimum repairs.

Trust me, you WILL have the willpower to stop beating someone when their dead, cause if you don't, more than likely the next person you fight is bigger, stronger, and better than you and will lay you out with one swing. (Seen it happen to a 300 pound man). One of the people in this area used to be a lineman for the Oilers. He's huge.
