As some of you may know, my brother had an accident at work today. Some 50 lb pallets fell on him and messed him up pretty bad.

As it stands right now, he has a concussion and a "contusion of the thoracic spine." In other words, severe bruising of his back.

Still waiting about results of his knee/ankle/leg because that hurts like hell too.

He has to be in the hospital until, at least, Friday. So far, no surgery needed.

I will keep you all updated as I find out more.

Neighbors decided to do motorized yardwork, so they woke my ass up.

But, I have another updated.

They have now found a bulging disc. That really sucks. It went from "No surgery" to "Maybe surgery."

There was no update on his leg. I may get info on that later tonight.

We've got good news and bad news.

Good news: He was released from the hospital today.

Bad news: He does have a fracture. He fractured his T-12. They have him in a back brace for now and they will do further evaluation in the near future.

thanks guys. it's nice to see that some people care about others. i'm not feeling too good right now. actually i feel like crap. but i HOPE i can still play paintball with you guys. if i can't then i guess our tank will come sooner than i thought! here's some advice for you guys. if pallets are falling........don't be under them when they come down! they said two or three months till i get better. uhhh, just want the pain to go away. but thanks guys for caring

Don't worry buddy just take care of yourself and get better. I'm sure at some point you'll be able to play again, and don't even worry about paintball for now, just get better... as far as I'm aware the team isn't going anywhere.
