I am not sure that it is worth it.

I agree their are a lot of guns with good looks for much cheaper. It may be an awesome gun besides its looks (although I have never heard one way or the other) but what could it really offer that a smaller, cheaper model does not? It is relatively easy to find an accurate, reliable gun that has every feature a gun could have to make it good that doesn't cost more than a couple of hundred.

Save your money. You will probably wish you had if you end up buying this.

i dont think i would by a paintball gun that cost more then i paid for my car. besides if you want your gun to look like that i have a website that you can get a body to make it look like an m60 for a fraction of the price only downside is you need a flatline for it

Get what you want, but here is my thinking. The military carries around these huge, heavy M60's because they achieve much higher rates of fire. Due to the nature of a bullet you can't achieve that kind of sustained fire from a smaller rifle.

In paintball, you CAN achieve rapid, sustained fire from a small marker. Look at the Mini or Ion - they are easily as fast as any other marker available but weight next to nothing.

So why burden yourself with a huge M60 look-alike? You are only going to slow yourself down & be more of a burden to your team. But you won't offer any advantage because the kid beside you with an e-grip BT-4 can shoot just as fast as you.

If the looks are really important to you then get it, but don't get it because you think it is going to be more accurate or shoot faster than any other marker. In fact it will probably be less accurate and shoot slower than most markers on the team.

to tell the truth the m60 is no longer used by the militart i think that has gone into effect because of many mishaps the gun has had

also if i might add in the gun might be a gass hog i mean a barrle has an effecting length of 6 inches and the gun would need like a 20 inch or so barrle but ya i dont think thats the kind of gun that a young kid would run around with because of the gerth of it

True the SAW has replaced the M60 in most cases, but the Army does still uses the M60. One thing about the Army is they take FOREVER to phase from one thing to another. I mean....there are still units using the old 2 1/2 ton trucks and they are 3 generations ago.

My unit still had a few M16A1 converted to 3 round burst before they deployed to Iraq. Probably still do.
