I kind of like how short the rap4 vest is, at first it annoyed me but I realized it is designed that way to be flexible and allow you more movement.

However I have worn the plate carrier vest to do promotional photos for MILSIM (not to play) and it felt awesome. It will be warmer though, it is a lot thicker material and more heavy duty (obviously).

I will have to look for some of those photos to give you an idea of the color.

wow I didn't realize how bulky plate carriers are. After taking a look at your pics and seeing how bulky they are, I'll just stick with my Rap4 vest. Thanks for posting the pics Fets.
