Re: T.R.U. Combat Shirts from Tru-Spec

I like my shirt but I am really pissed about the pants.

I was playing saturday with them and they ripped from the crotch down half of my thigh.

That was the 2nd game I played with them. When I call or email Tru spec they better give me a new pair of pants or refund me because thats the 2nd pair in under a year to do that.

Wow I had that happen with cheap BDU's from DSG but I can't imagine my Tru Spec ripping like that! That sucks dude.

These are combat quality pants how the heck did you do that?! (Not saying it was your fault just what where you doing when it happened?)

Maybe you have the wrong size pants?

Re: T.R.U. Combat Shirts from Tru-Spec

That's what I'm wondering. Maybe they are too big?
I've had that happen to BDU's, but they were riding kinda low. I also wore them a good long time before they ripped.

They should definately hook you up with some new ones.

I was just playing normally. This is also why I bought in inserts for knee pads. On my first pair, I thought I may have not pulled my pants up enough to leave slack for when I go down to one knee. However I have no clue how that happened on this pair since I was using the inserts.

Re: T.R.U. Combat Shirts from Tru-Spec

If it is happening when you drop to one knee then it has to be a sizing issue. I would not really blame TruSpec quality I think they are about as good of quality as exists, but you are going to need to find the right size / length and get a good belt.

Otherwise no matter what BDU you buy, this could keep happening. Maybe TruSpec can shed some light.

Re: T.R.U. Combat Shirts from Tru-Spec

Ya, I was thinking that too, figured I might as well try to get it replaced by them before actually buying another pair.
