So I guess this counts as troubleshooting......the vendor....

Playing a D-Day at synergy on Memorial Day I realized that
my case of 24hr old RPS Premium paint was crap. Very brittle. Dropped a few
from shoulder height and they shattered on the ground. Bought some
field paint and did the drop test, bounced like a rubber ball...perfect for my flatline.

So what do you with a case of 1900 sh*tballs.

Next day went to my local supplier...rhymes with Pest Raintball in Shynhurst. He restated his policy of not taking back paint...Which I gladely understood.Then he said that he could also not take it back because of they way I stored it and it was "ruined". Which was 65-75 degrees for last than 20 hours. and at 60 for 10 hours in my car after we played. Bullsh*t. Says right on the box 55-85 do not freeze...anyway moving along.

So I gave the distributer a call found them on the underside of the box. In less the 15 minutes i got an email back
asking for my address to send a free replacement case!!! Woot!

That request was sent on Tuesday...ITs now Friday and UPS just brought me a case of Diablo Allstar!

No company wants a bad rap...unless it comes in a white box or white bucket...then its kind of expected.

I am really impressed that they sent you a replacement case - that is awesome.

Of course what is not awesome is that a paint reseller such as Worst Paintball in Blynhurst would sell you bad paint and blame you for storing it wrong even though you are a seasoned paintball player and know better. lol

I would go back to Cursed Chainedballs in Bratworst and tell the guy who works there... rhymes with Beth... what the vendor did for you and let him know his customer service is shitty and you will be taking your business elsewhere....

Might I suggest Underground Sports in Cuyahoga Falls. Dan never lets a case leave his shop without first opening it up and inspecting your balls before they leave.

He checks the paintballs too.

Im hoping to go to the Underground this next week for some trigger parts. Spoke to someone on the phone and they were extremely helpful.

That's cool though, Phiber. There is a serious lack of honest paintball businesses around where I live too. There's a store in Hermitage that rhymes with Shmlitstones that has a big sign up on their wall informing customers not to buy crap paint at Walmart. Last bag of paint I bought from Shmlitstones the rounds looked like little blobs of cottage cheese... and I got the noob treatment too when I questioned it.
